Legend of the Red Dragon
The door game that kept callers coming back daily. Fight in the forest, flirt with Violet or the bard, slaughter rivals and send them gloating mail. Grow strong, for the Red Dragon waits at the end of the legend.
Seven classic BBS door games, played in your browser. Nothing to install.
Before the web there were bulletin boards, and the best thing on a bulletin board was its doors: games you played a few minutes a day against everyone else who called. The dragon in the forest, the trade routes between the stars, the arena, the catacombs. They are all here, running exactly as they did in 1995, on a DOS machine that boots inside this page.
Make a free account, pick a door, press Play. Your character waits for you between visits, and so does everyone else's.

The board is open. Seven doors on the line: Legend of the Red Dragon, Usurper, TradeWars 2002, The Pit, Drakeville, LORD II and Arrowbridge II. Make an account and pick one.
Every door keeps its own clock. Turns come back at midnight, board time (US Eastern). TradeWars and Usurper run their daily maintenance on the sysop's Night page, so their worlds move whether or not anyone calls.
New here? The first time you open a door your browser fetches the game, which can take half a minute for the big ones. After that it is quick. Leave through the game's own quit so your character is saved.
